Its was a GREAT DAY of BJJ competition. The team looked excellent and we brought back quite a few medals. The Kids also won second place trophy for best kids team. But all in all it was a win-win for the competitors because there is a tremendous amount of growth that come out of tournaments like this. You try your best, leave it on the mat, expose holes in your games, get exposed new moves for you try out and learn, set more goals, just a lot instant growth on your martial arts journey.
