Top Flight MMA Academy student wins 1st place at Copa Nova Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Championships
Diedrick Smith, a Top Flight MMA Academy’s elite Master’s Club student won 1st place at the Copa Nova BJJ Championship tournament in Ashburn, VA on January 7th 2012. Smith along with his Master’s Club teammates train 5-6 times a week in a world class competition system and contend in world wide tournaments to improve their martial arts skills, increase their aptitudes to over come hardships, and to instruct them how to be good sports.
