In my last visit to San deigo to help UFC’s Phil Mr. Wonderful Davis prepare for his victory against lil Nog I had such an unbelievable learning experience. Just being in the MMA workout room alone I learned some much and that i wasn’t just watching practice but banging with the team I came back with so many tools that really took my MMA game to another level.
