Its was another great day for the Top Flight competition team at the Good Fight Grappling tournament. Grappling/ BJJ tournaments are a fun and a excellent tool for the students ,or all ages, to improve their BJJ skill, learning the importance of good sportsmanship, dealing with and overcoming pressure, and staying motivated on achieving goals. A lot of goals were achieved and new ones were set for the future.

Thank you Good Fights for another well ran tournament, we really appreciate the staff and especially the ref’s for paying close attention to the kids and allowing them to have fun.
And Big Thank You to the Top Flight parents for being class acts and supporting the kids in a positive manner. Going to tournaments can be extremely nerve racking but they extremely beneficial to the kids that participate in them.

now it’s back to the mats to improve and get ready for the next ones in July and August.
