This past weekend we took a group of 12 Top Flight Kids and Teens to compete in the North American Grappling Association (NAGA) in Downingtown, PA.
NAGA is one the biggest tournament in the world, so we know that some of the most talent grapplers would be on the mat.
But are students in embraced the challenge and were excited to compete, it truly
showed with the group bring home 21 Medals in all.
The Individual results goes as follows:
Sabrina Lee: Beginners Gi-1st place, No-Gi-2nd place(First Competition)
Erik Lee: Expert Gi 3rd Place
Jaidyn Harris: Expert Gi 1st Place and No-gi 1st Place(First time competing in the expert division)
Bobby O’Donnell: Beginner Gi 3rd Place
Faith O’Donnell: Beginner Gi 2nd place, No-Gi 2nd place
Bj Whittaker: Beginner No-Gi 2nd Place(First Competition)
Jade Raccioppi: Beginner No-Gi 1st place(First Competition)
Nigel Smoothers: Beginner Gi 2nd place and No-Gi 1st place
Sephen Smoothers: Intermediate Gi 1st place and 1st place in two No-Gi weight classes(First time competing in the interme
diate division)
Jordan Stewart: Expert Gi 3rd place
Josh Small: Expert Gi 2nd place and No-Gi 2nd place(First time competing in the expert division)
Marcus Gash: Expert No-Gi 2nd place
Diedrick Smith: Expert Gi 1st place and No-Gi 2nd place
