Check out the Spy cam has it recorded action from the teams sparring session. One of the highlights of training for aspiring MMA fighters is the sparring session. After being dedicated and coming to all the fundamental classes it is a awesome feeling to be able to apply all you have been learning in mock fight senarios. Sparring without a doubt helps refine your skill so you can execute the techniques in actual amateur and pro MMA fight. Sparring sessions are broken down so all aspects of the fight can be worked on and improved. For the Muay Thai kickboxing students we are making sure the can throw sharp clean combinations and kick like Brandon Vera and Dutch Muay Thai legend Rob Kaman. For the MMA strikers checking of all the above and adding takedown defense so they can keep the fight standing.
And for the MMA Students we are putting them in every place the fight can go, Muay Thai, Boxing, wrestling, Ground and pound, submissions ect..
And all of them are always working on increasing the gas tank because there is nothing more terrible of terrifying than running out of energy while your opponent has gas for days. Fatigue makes cowards of men!
But dont be to alarmed we start the training nice and easy for the beginner so they can learn and improve. Its all about uplift and making your teammates better.
And right now for our more advanced students we are opening up the team sparring session to the public so anybody with training can join us on our sparring days.
